Spring Hill and Thompson's Station


Thompson's Station sits just below Franklin.  It retains it's rural setting as most of the new home building since 1995 has been in the Spring Hill are just to the south of Thompson's Station.  There are a few subdivisions being developed between the two main highways, Lewisburg pike and Columbia Pike.  The new Highway 840 is to the north and already boast of the new Independence High School and the mixed development of Toll Gate.

If you want to get in on the ground floor, literally, consider the Thompson's Station area.

Spring Hill, to the south of Thompson's Station, straddles the Williamson County and the Maury County line. The once rural town was picked to be the new Automobile plant for General Motors new Saturn name plate.  GM and the influx of auto workers have seen Spring Hill become one of the fastest growing communities in Tennessee.  Spring Hill now boast a new Town Center, recreational facilities, major shopping, a new Spring Hill High School and a new Williamson County Recreation Center. 

Subdivisions for every pocketbook are in Spring Hill. Because of the popularity of the area and it's conventience to the shopping, entertainment and jobs in Franklin and Nashville more subdivision are being developed.  If you can't find it in Spring Hill, it doesn't exist!
