My Unique Value to the Real Estate Buyer or Seller
|
|
There is a certain value to aging. Aged wine has a richer flavor, aged cheese has a deeper taste and seasoned wood is stronger. Perhaps there is a certain value to having a seasoned professional as a real estate consultant.
Having lived 35 plus years in Williamson County, and having been successful in the demanding financial services business for 30 years has given me a unique prospective on the Williamson County and Middle Tennessee Real Estate market, on the importance of customer satisfaction and on the art of successful contract negotiations.
-
Middle Tennessee and Williamson County real estate is an evolving marketplace. Older communities mature and develop personalities and especially good values for those who are willing to seek them out. New communities are being developed expanding the edges of growth and filling in the gaps in the older communities. Finding those special communities with the characteristics that are important to you is not a task to be taken lightly. Your move is important to you, it should have seasoned guidance.
· As a successful businessman, I quickly learned customer satisfaction and trust must be at the heart of all relationships. Customer satisfaction involves more than finding the right home or selling your home. For the home buyer or seller making a huge financial commitment, an honest and ethical consultant is essential. You need to be able trust your consultants recommendations and advice, knowing, without any doubt, that your consultant has your best interest at heart excluding all others even their own.
· Finding a new home or selling an existing home is more than a cut and dried business project because your unspoken feelings and personal needs play a major role in your decisions. My business experience taught me to take time on the front end of a relationship to understand you and your mind set and motivations. As I am able to put myself in your shoes, and understand you, I am able to better advise you. Your satisfaction becomes my satisfaction.
· Frankly, the art of buying and selling a home involves contract negotiations. With 35 plus years experience, contract negotiating has become second nature. This experience allows me to advise you when presented with a contract or counter offer to a contract. Some times it is best to walk away from a deal rather than agree to a bad deal. Knowing the difference comes from experience.
Your Move is Important – You Deserve a Seasoned Consultant.

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee and attended Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee , Knoxville . After graduation, I worked as a high school teacher and coach, an industrial engineer in the apparel industry and 30 plus years working with clients in financial services.
My wife, Doris, and I have lived in the Williamson County for over 35 years. (Doris is a rare find, she was born and raised in Nashville, a "real" native.) We have a good feel for the County and the communities and people that make it one of the most attractive places to live in this Country. We both have our stories of country music stars and interesting places to visit. We have five children and four grandchildren. I revel in my "gramp" status but Doris hasn't quite decided whether or not to give in to grandparenthood status.
After 30 plus years working in the financial services industry as a customer representative and as a business owner, I decided to have a little fun with my career. We are living in the middle of the fastest growing area in Tennessee with no realistic end in sight. The quality of life and the attention paid to our school system has made Williamson County an extremely desirable place to put down roots and raise a family. Frankly, I want to be a part of that growth.
I look forward to alleviating the stress of buying or selling a home by working in partnership with you in whatever Real Estate needs you may have! Hopefully, you will allow me to be a part of your real estate experience.
